Our Team

Holli graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. While still attending MSU, Holli was recruited by Koch Industries in Wichita, KS. She worked at Koch for eleven years and gained a broad range of business experience, including Chemical Trading Accounting, Chemical Logistics Scheduling, Human Resources, and Employee Management. Holli founded Nicholson Business Services LLC in 2013. Her business has grown steadily since that time and has accumulated a long list of satisfied customers.

Holli has been married to Zack Nicholson since September of 1999. They have five children, three boys and two girls. When she is not working, she can usually be found at an ice hockey rink. All three of her son's play ice hockey and she is their biggest fan. She is the quintessential hockey mom and rarely misses a game. When she is not at a hockey arena, she is busy following her girls to their many activities. As a female business owner, Holli is very proud to be setting an example for her daughters that women can succeed and excel in the business world.
